Calling Information
Our office hours are Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Please feel free to contact us with any health or insurance questions you may have or to schedule an appointment. When calling for an appointment, please be prepared to provide the patient’s name, address, phone number, birth date, type of insurance, reason for visit, and referring physician if appropriate.

Payment and Insurance Information
Pulmonary Associates of the Southeast, P.C. is a provider for Medicare and most major insurance plans. We provide insurance billing. Please be aware that any costs not covered by insurance are the responsibility of the patient.
For services that are not covered by insurance, we request payment at the time of your appointment. Your insurance company may also require you to pay a co-payment at the time of your appointment. When necessary, our staff will work closely with patients who require a payment plan.
